At our last meeting members enjoyed sharing stories of afternoon tea experiences. Afterwards we shared home made cakes, scones and sandwiches, washed down with glasses of fizz. We were also delighted to spot some peregrine falcons overhead. They have recently made Alexandra Palace their home and it was delightful to watch them.

The WI take a break from formal meetings in August but we will be back in September.

We will however have a catch up over tea and cakes (in the afternoon this time) on 8th August – please contact us for the venue details if you wish to come along.
